+ After preparing the dishes, sit down to feast on the fruits of your labor with your fellow food lovers.
First we will pick you up from your hotel and take you on a motorbike tour to the local market. On the way, we will stop and enjoy a traditional Vietnamese breakfast in the best local restaurant in Phu Quoc. ( Beef Noodles Soup – Both Northern and Southern Style, and Cà Phê Sữa Đá – The Vietnamese Super Coffee)
Then we will take you on a tour of the local market to buy fresh ingredients needed for all four dishes. Once you have everything you need, we’ll take you to the cooking class workshop where our chef will teach you the techniques to create your dishes.
You will then get stuck in trying your hand at making four delightful dishes under the guidance of our chef. Then the part you’ve been waiting for, you get to eat your delicious work with a cold beer or a drink of your choice!
